Delivery

All of your orders are sent out via Royal Mail, either 24 or 48 hour, Tracked.

We use a flat rate for all parcels.

48hr Tracked is the standard, however, you do have the option to upgrade to 24hr at checkout.

Spend £30 or more and receive Free Royal Mail Tracked 48

Local collection is also available from our home near Avebury, Wiltshire - Please contact us after you have placed your order to arrange collection.

Your order will be ready for dispatch or collection within 3-5 working days - in most cases this will be a lot quicker as everything listed on the website is ready to go!

Every item is in perfect condition when it leaves our home. Breakages may happen in the post!

Wax melts may break during transit, on the rare occasion... but this does not effect the way they melt, or the scent in any way!

However, if this happens to your warmer, please contact us with images as proof upon delivery and we will send a replacement.
All breakages must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the items.

 

Returns

All our feedback has been extremely positive, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order - Please contact us so we can work out a resolution.

*We do accept returns if you are not entirely happy with your order - as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the items and they are complete and in original packaging.
The return postage must be paid for by yourself.
