What is a wax melt?
A wax melt is scented Wax, like a candle but without a wick - and stronger!
How do I use a wax melt?
Place the required amount of wax inside the warmer dish, not too much so it doesn't overflow. Light an unscented, maximum 4 hour burn tealight, and place this underneath the dish. When the wax melts, the scent fills the room!
There will be a short guide included in your first order - just incase you're starting out with wax melts!
What Wax do you use?
We use a homemade blend of soy and paraffin waxes. We have worked hard with blending waxes to get the best performing mix to provide a strong and long lasting scent.
What can I do with my old wax?
Rather than throwing it away, once all the scent has faded, it can be recycled! Head on over to:

Are your products vegan friendly?
All the ingredients used in our products are both vegan friendly and cruelty free!
Are your products pet friendly?
Generally, yes! Although, just like humans, everyone is different and some may have allergies! If you have any concerns, please contact your veterinary team.
How long should a wax melt last?
In general you'll find they'll last 8-12 hours per 2 squares of one of our Snap Bars... depending on the strength, some scents will last even longer! This will also depend on other factors, such as warmer type...
What is this white smoke coming from my wax?
Don't panic! This isn't smoke, it's the scent vapours being released into the air.
Should I use an electric warmer or tealight warmer?
That is completely your decision. The particular wax we use works well in both electric and tealight warmers!
How do I remove the wax from the warmer dish?
The safest and easiest way is to grab yourself some of our Wax Liners - these are a game changer! If you'd rather use the direct dish then we have two suggestions:
1 - Light a tealight and place it under the dish. Wait a minute and gently push the sides of the melt so it pops out!
2 - Completely melt the wax in the dish and pop a couple of cotton wool balls in the top to soak up the wax.
With both methods, be careful not to burn yourself and be sure to wipe away any residue.
There's a scent I'd like but you don't list it...
If we could have every scent we would! We love trying new fragrance oils!
